In a group lesson two or more students are actively involved in learning and making music. Groups meet for a longer block of time, making it possible to provide more learning experiences. Groups of all ages meet to learn keyboard/piano, guitar and voice.
- Students enjoy learning with their peers - and often inspire each other to succeed.
- Students become more independent in their learning, developing skills that will last a lifetime.
- Sight reading and musicianship skills are enhanced by participating in ensembles, improvisation and group activities.
- Making music together is fun, and can provide a positive lifetime feeling about learning and music.
